1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website cyberhabits.tech operated by TL-1641605 at Armani Hotel Dubai, Level 1, Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, Dubai 382223, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our site in 2025, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration and Account

To use certain features, you may need to register and provide accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Services

cyberhabits provides practical IT safety training with phishing drills and device hygiene routines. Details of each training session, including schedule and content, will be set out in the service agreement or order confirmation.

4. Info Products

Our info products include digital guides, tutorials, templates and recorded webinars related to IT safety, phishing awareness and device hygiene routines. Delivery is via download link upon successful payment.

5. Physical Goods

We offer physical merchandise such as branded items, toolkits or equipment kits for hygiene routines. Delivery terms, shipping costs and estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in the description of each service, info product or good. Payment must be made by methods accepted at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due in full before delivery or access.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Unless otherwise stated, services may be rescheduled once without charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled start, you may request a full refund which will be credited to the original payment method. For cancellations made within 7 days, 50% of the fee may be credited. If a service is explicitly described as nonrefundable due to preparation costs and limited capacity, no credit will be issued.

7.2 Info Products

Digital info products may be canceled within 14 days of purchase if not downloaded or accessed. Upon approval, the fee will be credited to the original payment method. If download or access has begun, no credit will be issued.

7.3 Physical Goods

You may request to ship back physical goods within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back merchandise are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will credit the purchase price to the original payment method. Certain items may be marked nonrefundable for hygiene or safety reasons; these will be clearly indicated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and materials on the site are owned by or licensed to cyberhabits. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cyberhabits and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific product or service at issue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
